Purpose and access

This personal automation application uses authorised Google account data to perform the operator's requested administrative tasks. Its existing permissions allow reading and organising Gmail, sending mail when instructed, reading Calendar and Drive, and reading and updating spreadsheets. It is not a public sign-up service.

Processing and sharing

Selected account content and task results may be processed in private notes and workflows. Where a task uses external AI or other service providers, relevant content may be sent to those providers for that task; their own privacy and retention policies also apply. This is not a promise that all processing stays on one device.

The application does not sell Google account data or use it for advertising. Its use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and deletion

Selected messages, files, outputs and records may be retained in the operator's private storage and backups. The operator controls retention and deletion through those existing systems. Service providers may retain their own copies under their policies. Removing Google authorisation does not automatically delete previously saved records or backup copies.

Your control

Account holders can review or revoke this application's access through their Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation prevents subsequent authorised API access; it does not itself erase saved copies. The application's existing support contact is shown by Google during authorisation.

This information website

These static pages do not collect form submissions, set application cookies or run analytics. The hosting provider may process ordinary network request metadata to deliver and protect the site. No account contents or access credentials are included in the public pages.
